Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team via email or our online portal within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your item in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Schedule White-Glove Pickup

  For oversized furniture and delicate items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove logistics team to safely collect the return from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
